Overview
First and Last PR University Spring 2026 Cohort is a 12-week learning internship designed to train students in real-world PR and marketing skills while offering hands-on experience with beauty and lifestyle brands. This immersive program blends classroom-style learning with active agency participation, mentorship, and tangible portfolio-building deliverables. Interns will gain exposure to media relations, influencer marketing, event planning, and agency operations all while gaining real life experience.
This is a part-time, unpaid internship designed for college students passionate about PR, marketing, and the beauty industry, seeking real-world experience while earning academic credit required for graduation.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative freelance content creator to support our
public relations, social media, and influencer teams. The ideal candidate is a creative
self-starter with a strong passion for digital storytelling, brand building, and producing
engaging, platform-specific content. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a deep interest in the beauty, wellness,
or lifestyle industries.
This is a project-based freelance role with flexible hours depending on the scope and timeline of each assignment. While weekly hours may vary, availability for team check-
ins, content planning, and key deadlines is expected throughout the duration of each project. You’ll be responsible for ideating and executing content strategies, developing visually
compelling assets, and aligning all output with broader marketing and PR goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
• Develop high-quality, on-brand social content (static images, short-form videos,
Reels, carousels, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest,
LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create content that highlights product features, brand stories, educational
themes, trend-driven moments, and event recaps.
• Edit video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Video, or similar
tools.
• Capture or source light photography and UGC-style footage as needed.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand aesthetics, voice, and social media best
practices.
Content Calendar, Collaboration & Strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to populate and maintain a content calendar.
• Adapt PR and influencer campaign content for social media (e.g., unboxing,
earned media highlights).
• Work closely with in-house team to ensure synergy between PR, influencer, and
social media efforts.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, ideally within the beauty,
wellness, or lifestyle space.
• Strong understanding of what performs well on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and
YouTube.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere
Pro, Illustrator), CapCut.
• Excellent visual storytelling, graphic design, and video production skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
