Annual Virtual Editor Pitch Event (12-month members only)
Once per year, we host an exclusive virtual pitch session where our 12-month members present their brands directly to a curated group of editors. This is your chance to speak directly to decision-makers, answer their questions in real time, and create opportunities for features, partnerships, and ongoing editorial relationships that go far beyond what’s possible in a cold pitch.

You should have a compelling product, a clear brand story, and the capacity to fulfill orders if media coverage drives demand. If you're still in the early ideation phase or working on production, we recommend waiting until you're ready to take full advantage of press opportunities.
We build a customized media list of 50 top outlets based on your brand's category, target customer, and goals. These are publications, podcasts, and platforms where your audience is already engaged, not vanity placements that look good but don't drive results. For 12-month members, we add five additional niche outlets based on your specific requests.
That's exactly who this program is for. Many of our members have never invested in PR before joining The Indie Collective, and we guide you through the process from day one. We'll help you understand what makes a strong story, how to position your brand for the media, and what to expect as coverage starts to build.
Yes. For most media opportunities, editors and journalists will want to experience your product firsthand before featuring it. We'll let you know when samples are needed and coordinate logistics on your behalf.
All memberships automatically renew on a 12-month basis. If you start with a 3-month or 6-month membership and want to continue, your next term will be 12 months. This allows us to build deeper relationships with the media on your behalf and create sustained momentum for your brand.
We require completion of your initial commitment period (3, 6, or 12 months). After that, you can choose not to renew, but we don't offer mid-term pauses or cancellations. PR is a long game, and consistency is what drives results.
PR timelines vary depending on editorial calendars, story angles, and media cycles. Some brands see coverage within the first month; others build momentum over several months. What we can promise is strategic, consistent outreach to the right people with compelling angles designed to get attention.
We're always happy to discuss additional services like influencer partnerships, social media strategy, event production, or executive positioning. Many of our Indie Collective members eventually transition to full-service clients as their businesses grow and we're here to support you at every stage.
